Zhongqi Anti-Counterfeiting Green Laser Marking Machine is a new-generation laser coding equipment developed by Zhongqi Anti-Counterfeiting, known as Composite Membrane Flying Laser Engraving and Coding Machine. This equipment adopts end-pumped frequency-doubled laser technology with a wavelength of 532nm, which can accurately penetrate the transparent coating layer on the surface of multi-layer packaging materials and act on the colored ink under the film. It changes the molecular structure of the ink through photochemical reactions, thereby forming clear inverted-color marks. This process is a clod processing marking method, which not only ensures neat and attractive coding effects, but also features extremely strong anti-destruction performance.

A. No material damage, no smoke or odor, neat and attractive color-changing marking.
B. Wide material compatibility, unaffected by surface moisture, capable of marking on curved surfaces with strong resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, extreme temperatures, humidity, and transport abrasion.
C. High-speed marking: 10,000–40,000 pieces per hour, 8–30 alphanumeric characters per second, compatible with conveyor speeds of 0–100 m/min
D. It supports clear marking of numbers, texts, and QR codes. Besides, it can code information such as production dates and batch numbers, and can be integrated with product traceability system software to achieve accurate product traceability.
Application Area
It is widely used in the composite membrane packaging materials of various industries such as liquid dairy products, beverage, solid food, medicine, chemical products, tobacco, daily necessities. It is also suitable for application fields such as grooving and cutting of solar silicon wafers, metal marking, film etching, coding on coated materials, and inner glass engraving.
