It utilizes a gas laser operating in the infrared band at a wavelength of 10.64μm. It works by filling CO2 gas into a high-voltage discharge tube to generate glow discharge, which stimulates the gas molecules to emit laser light. After amplifying the laser energy, a laser beam suitable for material processing is formed. When the laser irradiates the surface of the material, the light energy is instantly converted into heat energy, causing the surface layer to melt or vaporize, thus forming clear and permanent marks. This machine features fast marking speed, is suitable for assembly line operations, saves human capital, and greatly increases product output.
