UV inkjet printer is an advanced coding device that utilizes ultraviolet (UV) curing technology. It typically employs a piezoelectric printhead and uses special UV ink as the consumable. During the printing process, the printhead ejects UV ink onto the product surface int the form of tiny droplets. Then, a UV lamp immediately irradiates the printed area, triggering a polymerization reaction of the photosensitizer in the ink. This causes the ink to cure and dry rapidly within milliseconds, forming a durable and clear mark.
